Every female healthcare worker deserves PPE that fits her and we don't believe "out of stock" is an acceptable reason to wear PPE that doesn't fit.
Purpose
With women making up 70% of healthcare workers worldwide, Covid-19 highlighted the gaps in PPE fit for women leaving them at risk and resulting in rates of infection 2-3x higher than their male counterparts. Critical and life-saving PPE is designed for the "average male" leaving a majority of the healthcare workforce at risk. It's time to change this.
